The solution provides an easy-to-use graphical web-based management console with Role-based Access and Auditing of changes to the environment.

ProfileUnity's policy and environmental features go beyond all other user profile tools found in the market with many exclusive and innovative Environment Management features that support physical, virtual and cloud desktop environments.

ProfileUnity's Policy Management and User Environment Features

ProfileUnity UEM Profile Portability Feature Profile Portability ProfileUnity gives each user one unified profile that works with any Windows desktop or server operating system. Profiles are stored locally and on a network file share or directly on object-based cloud storage including, Amazon AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure. This feature enables seamless "anytime migrations" from OS to OS or on-prem to DaaS.
ProfileUnity UEM Outlook Feature Office 365 Caching/Indexing ProfileUnity's ProfileDisk technology provides seamless Office 365 Outlook Caching and Indexing for any Windows desktop.
ProfileUnity UEM User Authored Data Migration Feature User Authored Data Migration Industry first! Ensuring that user-authored data such as 'My Documents' is redirected and saved to a central share, or cloud storage service such as Microsoft OneDrive, Amazon WorkDocs, or Dropbox Enterprise, is a standard best practice. While other solutions only redirect folders, ProfileUnity can automatically migrate user-authored data to the user's file share or cloud storage in the background without affecting the user's productivity. Only after all data has been synchronized does ProfileUnity then seamlessly invoke folder redirection.
ProfileUnity UEM Cached Mode Feature Cached Mode ProfileUnity's desktop client is very lightweight and can be configured to operate in either direct or cached mode, which is ideal for even quick deployment of the solution. Both leverage a Group Policy template to apply the .exe, no software needs to be installed on individual desktops.
