The Dual-Core Android 4 Dev Kit is designed for embedded developers working on multimedia applications that require display-based solutions.

Combining the processing power of the PandaBoard ES and a refined and versatile custom version of Android 4, this kit provides a rapid solution for developers looking to prototype custom apps without having to lose time developing complex hardware devices.

At the heart of this kit lies the high performance, dual-core ARM Cortex-A9 OMAP4430 PandaBoard ES that drives the entire setup. A 4.3 inch OLED touchscreen equipped BeagleTouch, which also provides audio and simplifies debugging access into a single Type B-mini USB outlet. Powered by the BeagleJuice, 2nd Gen battery module, the kit also comes with a custom-tailored bootable Android 4 SD card, with drivers and kernels specially designed to run Android applications from this hardware platform.
