Unprecedented Actionable Visibility Delivered for End User Computing Environments

General Availability of Liquidware Stratusphere UX 6.1.3 delivers enhancements to support help desks, greater visibility for troubleshooting and more granular control of process optimization

CHICAGO, IL. - July 23, 2019 - Liquidware, the leader in adaptive workspace management, today announced Stratusphere™ UX 6.1.3, a user experience monitoring and diagnostics solution for physical PCs, virtual and cloud-based desktops. This latest release includes enhancements to dashboards, greater advanced mode inspector visibility, more granular control through enhancements made to the process optimization feature as well as additional client and cloud support. Combined, these improvements deliver enterprises an unparalleled visibility into their end user computing environments.

With this release, the Stratusphere UX dashboards advanced in the areas of performance and ease of use. Across the board, queries to support widget data views have been optimized to provide better responsiveness. Visual indicators have been added, providing component loading progress and status of background data refresh. Other ease-of-use features has been added to greatly enrich dashboard customization, dashboard searches and the setting of preferences.

Stratusphere UX also brings greater workspace visibility. Advanced mode inspectors have expanded visibility in the area of drill down and the filtering of metrics and information. Throughout the advanced mode inspectors and in all table views, administrative users can now opt to filter as they drill into actionable details. Context-aware menus now appear with options to provide drill down with filtering, pop-out application or user 360 views. These options allow for more intelligent data navigation to support troubleshooting as well as improved guided workflows to support help desk use cases.

Greater control and more granular management options have been added to the Stratusphere UX 6.1.3 process optimization feature.

"Process optimization was introduced to Stratusphere UX last Fall. However, with this release, we’ve optimized its behavior and provided more control to make the feature more flexible while remaining a powerful function within Stratusphere UX," said David Bieneman, CEO and co-founder, Liquidware. "Customers have found process optimization to be a hidden gem in an already powerful visibility solution." Learn more about Stratusphere UX Process Optimization.

Further, Stratusphere appliances have always supported on-premises installation of its virtual appliances, on all major hypervisor platforms. This release also supports integration and licensing through Amazon Marketplace, in addition to the pre-existing bring-your-own-license (BYOL) available on the Amazon Cloud.
