Marketing Manager

Employment:  Full-Time

Location:  US

The Marketing Manager reports directly to the VP of Marketing and fully supports  Marketing Nurturing Campaigns (and all tactics associated with those campaigns), Graphics/Video Production and all Branding/Creative for as part of the Marketing team. This position is also tasked with helping to manage fulfillment and support of all events, as well as logistical needs of the business as it pertains to physical and virtual activities and support of Sales team. Candidates for this position must meet very high standards of professionalism, independent initiative and creativity in order to present the company effectively across all functional areas.

Job Duties:

  • Assist in development, design, execution, and evaluation of fully integrated marketing campaigns in conjunction with product and corporate marketing initiatives
  • Develop graphics and other designs for programs including, but not limited to website and partner portal, product launches, marketing campaigns, events
  • Design campaigns related to Partner Programs and Sales Promotions
  • Work with multiple Marketing and Sales systems used for marketing automation, website analytics, lead/contact database, prospecting leads and online events/meetings
    • Management/Administration includes evaluation, implementation, training, troubleshooting, maintenance and execution
  • Create, design and execute mass electronic messages (one-time, newsletters and bulletins) on behalf of Marketing, Sales and Support
  • Maintain Liquidware Brand Standards in design and copy, and all materials
  • Work with teams crossing departments and with external vendors and freelancers to achieve goals
  • Explore new ways to leverage social media to help grow brand and reach new audiences and assist with creation of materials for various channels
  • Film, direct and edit videos for corporate, media, tradeshow and website audiences
  • Generate new copy for email and print collateral, as well as copy editing on existing materials
  • Drive online events, including scheduling, setup, promotion, timely content development, registrations, hosting and post event activities, such as follow-up communication and archiving
  • Provides alliance and channel partners with materials to be successful with Liquidware promotions and events
  • Leverage mailing house and corporate store to manage the coordination of materials and logistics for tradeshows/events, both physical and virtual
  • Schedule, organize and host monthly Sales and Marketing conference call

Inside Sales Representative

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a highly motivated, self-starting Inside Sales Representative to join our team! You will be a vital part of continuing pipeline growth for net new customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation and qualification from various lead sources - phone and email follow-ups
  • Prospecting through sales engagement platforms - Salesloft.com
  • Present company product information on a basic level for potential clients
  • Contribute to pipeline growth for net new customers

Qualifications:

  • Extremely knowledgeable with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Outlook for email
  • Ability to work remotely
  • Previous experience in desktop computing / mobile computing is preferred

Channel Partner Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: US

We are looking for a highly motivated, self-starter US Channel Partner Manager to grow and manage our top US Channel Partners. Experience with top VMware and Citrix partners a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Building strong relationships with multiple level contacts including Executive Level, Sales and Engineering
  • Recruit new high value partners
  • Create account management plan for all National Resellers - Determine product demand and customer awareness
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities
  • Coordinate with Liquidware territory sales teams for field and account mapping with current partners
  • Organize quarterly sales and technical training for partners
  • Plan and execute joint marketing and lead generation plans/activities
  • Plan and execute partner centric spiff/motivational programs
  • Manage Liquidware Channel SE and Marketing resources

Sales Engineer

Liquidware is seeking a highly experienced individual to join the company’s sales team as a Sales Engineer to provide technical sales assistance and all related support including presentations, software installation, meeting customer requirements and resolution of customer issues. Candidates must have a solid background in desktop virtualization technologies across the VMware, Microsoft and Citrix desktop platforms. Sales Engineers are required to interact with senior technologists both at end user sites and at channel partners and must be able to hold their own in highly technical dialog with these audiences. Applicants must possess solid written and oral communication skills with a strong command of productivity applications, such as MS Excel and Powerpoint. All Liquidware product training will be provided.  This position is located in the U.S.

Department: Sales

Reports To: Sales Engineering, Regional Director

Permanent, full time employment of 40+ hours/week, some travel required (20-40%)

Pre-Sales Consultant (Recruiting for 3 Positions:  UK, Nordics and The Netherlands)

Liquidware is expanding and investing in our European team.  We are currently recruiting to fill three strategic sales positions in key European locations, including the United Kingdom, the Nordics and the Netherlands for a Pre-Sales Consultant.  This position is is part of the Pre-Sales team and  plays a vital role in revenue generation and delivers business-centric value propositions to executive audiences in enterprise accounts. The Pre-sales Consultant has  expert knowledge of Liquidware solutions and participates extensively in sales cycles to support educating and onboarding customers.

    • Understand technical findings and translate them into compelling business stories to demonstrate Liquidware’s added value.
    • 3+ years of Presales experience
    • BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline
    • Proven consultative skills
    • Fluent in English as well as the local languages of the region represented
    • Strong presentation and communication skills, verbal and written
    • Ability to quickly gain insight and understanding from operational data and identify opportunities for adding value with Liquidware's desktop solutions
    • Business Intelligence: appreciation of reporting technologies, (dashboards and widgets), and their operational use.
    • Knowledge and certification of main industry standard desktop platform technologies (Windows Server, Linux, Citrix, VMware)
    • Experience in working with a sales organization and a track record of successful meeting or exceeding assigned revenue goals
    • Experience in one or more of the following technology areas: Transformation Projects (e.g. Windows 10 migration), IT Service Management (good understanding of ITIL, e.g. incident management and proactive problem management), User-Experience -Performance monitoring and IT analytics
