1. Sponsor This promotion (the "Promotion") is sponsored by Liquidware Labs, located at 630 N. North Court, Suite 200, Palatine, IL 60002 ("Liquidware," "Sponsor," "we," "us," or "our"). By scheduling a meeting under this Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (these "Terms") and by the decisions of Liquidware, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion. 
2. Promotion Period The Promotion begins on August 1, 2026, and ends on September 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Central Standard Time (US) (the "Promotion Period"). To qualify, a meeting must be scheduled and fully completed within the Promotion Period. Liquidware reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to extend, shorten, suspend, or otherwise modify the Promotion Period, and to end the Promotion early if participation, budget, or other business considerations require it. 
3. Eligibility This Promotion is open only to individuals who meet all of the following criteria (each, a "Qualified Contact"): 
• Are at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the United States (excluding its territories and possessions) [confirm geographic scope]; 
• Hold an information technology, end-user computing, or related decision-making or practitioner role (e.g., titles such as desktop engineering, EUC, infrastructure, or IT operations leadership or staff); 
• Are employed by an organization that meets Liquidware's ideal customer profile ("ICP") criteria — including organization size, industry, and IT environment characteristics — as defined in Liquidware's internal qualification guidelines and as determined by Liquidware in its sole discretion; and 
• Have not already received a Reward under this Promotion, individually or on behalf of their organization. 
The following are not eligible to participate or receive a Reward: 
• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) of Liquidware, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, and marketing/advertising agencies, and its authorized resellers and channel partners; 
• Individuals who completed a qualifying Liquidware discovery meeting within the ninety (90) days preceding the meeting scheduled under this Promotion; and 
• Any individual or organization where participation would violate applicable law, regulation, or a third party's internal policy. 
Liquidware reserves the right to independently verify eligibility and ICP qualification at any time, using information provided by the participant, publicly available information, and Liquidware's own records, and to disqualify any participant or organization that does not meet these criteria — including after a meeting has been completed or a Reward has been issued, in which case the participant may be required to return the Reward or its cash equivalent. 
4. How to Participate No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to participate in or receive a Reward under this Promotion. To participate: •
 Schedule a meeting with a Liquidware representative using the form above. Attend and actively participate, for a minimum of thirty (30) consecutive minutes, in a discovery conversation covering your organization's desktop, end-user computing, application delivery, user experience monitoring, or endpoint management environment and challenges; and Complete the meeting in full, as confirmed by the attending Liquidware representative. Meetings that are rescheduled without completion, ended early, conducted by a substitute attendee who does not meet the eligibility criteria in Section 3, or in which the participant is not meaningfully engaged (as reasonably determined by the attending Liquidware representative) will not qualify for a Reward. Liquidware representatives are responsible for confirming meeting completion and duration in Liquidware's internal systems; this confirmation is a condition of Reward issuance. 
5. Reward Each Qualified Contact who completes one (1) qualifying meeting in accordance with Section 4 will receive one (1) $200 USD GlassesUSA e-gift card (the "Reward"). Limit: one (1) Reward per person and one (1) Reward per organization for the entire duration of the Promotion Period, regardless of the number of meetings completed or the number of individuals from the same organization who participate. If more than one individual from the same organization completes a qualifying meeting, Liquidware will determine, in its sole discretion, which individual (if any, beyond the first) receives a Reward. Rewards are subject to Liquidware's overall promotional budget for the Promotion Period. Liquidware reserves the right to modify, pause, or end the Promotion once any applicable budget or volume threshold is reached, even if the Promotion Period has not yet ended. 
6. Reward Fulfillment Following confirmation of a completed qualifying meeting and verification of eligibility, Liquidware will deliver the Reward via email, to the email address associated with the scheduled meeting, within fourteen (14) business days. Liquidware is not responsible for Rewards that are delayed, misdirected, or not received due to an incorrect or outdated email address, spam or junk-mail filtering, or other delivery issues outside Liquidware's reasonable control. Rewards are not redeemable for cash, cannot be sold, and cannot be exchanged, substituted, or transferred to another person, except at Liquidware's sole discretion (for example, to substitute a Reward of equal or greater value if the stated Reward becomes unavailable). 
7. Third-Party Reward Provider GlassesUSA is not a sponsor of and is not otherwise affiliated with this Promotion. The e-gift card is issued subject to GlassesUSA's own terms of use, redemption rules, and expiration policies, available at glassesusa.com. Liquidware is not responsible for, and makes no warranty regarding, the acts or omissions of GlassesUSA, or any issue relating to the e-gift card's redemption, value, availability, or expiration. 
8. Taxes The Reward may constitute taxable income to the recipient under applicable law. Recipients are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local tax liability, and, if applicable, reporting obligations arising from receipt of the Reward. Liquidware may collect information from Reward recipients as needed to comply with applicable tax reporting requirements. 
9. Right to Modify, Suspend, Disqualify, or Cancel Liquidware reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion, in whole or in part, including these Terms, the Reward, or the Promotion Period. Liquidware also reserves the right to disqualify any participant, meeting, or organization it believes, in its sole discretion, has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, duplicative, or bad-faith conduct in connection with the Promotion — including but not limited to scheduling a meeting without genuine business interest, providing false or inaccurate contact or eligibility information, or attempting to obtain more than one Reward per person or organization. 
10. Privacy Information collected in connection with this Promotion (including name, business contact information, and meeting details) will be used by Liquidware to administer the Promotion, to fulfill Rewards, and for other business purposes consistent with Liquidware's Privacy Policy, available here. 
11. Release and Limitation of Liability By scheduling and completing a meeting under this Promotion, participants release and agree to hold harmless Liquidware and its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind arising from or relating to participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any Reward, except where such release is prohibited by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liquidware's total liability arising out of this Promotion will not exceed the value of the Reward. 
12. General This Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, and any disputes arising from this Promotion will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Illinois. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. 13. No Platform Affiliation If this Promotion is advertised or promoted on any third-party social media or advertising platform, that platform is not a sponsor of, and has no affiliation with, this Promotion, and Liquidware (not the platform) is solely responsible for the Promotion.
