"Connect & Collect" Referral Promotion
Sponsored by Liquidware
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF QUALIFYING FOR THE REWARD DESCRIBED BELOW. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor  The sponsor of this Connect & Collect promotion (the “Promotion”) is Liquidware, located at 630 N. North Ct., Suite 200, Palatine, IL 60067 USA (“Liquidware” or “Sponsor”).  

2. Promotion Period  The Promotion begins on September 1, 2026 and ends on December 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time (US) (the “Promotion Period”). Liquidware reserves the right to modify the Promotion Period as described in Section 10.  

3. Definitions

• “Connector” means the individual who receives a physical Connect & Collect card from a Liquidware representative at a tradeshow or event and who delivers that card to a Qualified Contact within their own organization.
• “Qualified Contact” means the individual who receives a Connect & Collect card from a Connector, completes the webform at the URL or QR code printed on the card, and schedules a meeting with a Liquidware representative.
•  “Connector Reward” and “Qualified Contact Reward” are each defined in Section 6.  

4. Eligibility  To be eligible as a Connector, an individual must, at the time of participation:  • Be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the United States (excluding its territories and possessions);  • Be employed by an organization that meets Liquidware's ideal customer profile (“ICP”) criteria;  • Have received a physical Connect & Collect card directly from a Liquidware representative at a qualifying tradeshow, conference, or event during the Promotion Period; and  • Not have already received a Connector Reward under this Promotion, individually or on behalf of their organization.  

To be eligible as a Qualified Contact, an individual must, at the time of participation: 

• Be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the United States (excluding its territories and possessions); 
• Hold an information technology, end-user computing, or related decision-making or practitioner role; 
• Be employed by an organization that meets Liquidware's ICP criteria; 
• Be employed by the same organization as the Connector who provided them the card; 
• Not have already received a Qualified Contact Reward under this Promotion, individually or on behalf of their organization; and 
• Not have completed a qualifying Liquidware discovery meeting within the ninety (90) days preceding the meeting described in Section 5.

Ineligible participants include, in either role:

• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) of Liquidware, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, and marketing/advertising agencies;
• Individuals whose participation would violate applicable law or their employer's policies; and  
• A Connector attempting to refer themselves as the Qualified Contact, or an individual attempting to fill both roles for the same referral.  

Liquidware reserves the right to independently verify eligibility, organizational relationship, and ICP qualification at any time, and may disqualify a Connector, a Qualified Contact, or both, and/or decline or reclaim a Reward, before or after a meeting has been completed or a Reward has been issued.  

5. How to Participate  

1. A Connector receives a physical Connect & Collect card from a Liquidware representative at a qualifying tradeshow or event.  
2. The Connector writes their name and email address in the space provided on the card and delivers the card to the individual within their organization they believe to be a Qualified Contact.  
3. The Qualified Contact visits the URL or scans the QR code printed on the card and completes the webform, entering the Connector's name and email address exactly as required by the form, to schedule a meeting with a Liquidware representative.  
4. The Qualified Contact attends and actively participates, for a minimum of thirty (30) consecutive minutes, in a discovery conversation with a Liquidware representative.  
5. The meeting is completed in full, as confirmed by the attending Liquidware representative.  

Meetings that are rescheduled without completion, ended early, conducted by a substitute attendee who does not meet the Qualified Contact eligibility criteria, in which the participant is not meaningfully engaged, or for which the Connector's information cannot be verified, will not qualify for a Reward.  

6. Reward Details  Upon completion of one (1) qualifying meeting satisfying all requirements of Section 5: 

• The Qualified Contact will receive one (1) $100 USD Amazon.com Gift Card (the “Qualified Contact Reward”); and
• The Connector identified on the webform will receive one (1) $100 USD Amazon.com Gift Card (the “Connector Reward”),  provided both individuals meet the eligibility requirements in Section 4.

If the Connector's information cannot be verified, is incomplete, or the named Connector does not meet the eligibility requirements in Section 4, Liquidware may, in its sole discretion, issue the Qualified Contact Reward without issuing a Connector Reward. Limit of one (1) Connector Reward per person and one (1) Qualified Contact Reward per person, and one (1) completed Connect & Collect meeting per organization, for the entire duration of the Promotion Period.  Rewards are subject to Liquidware's overall promotional budget for the Promotion Period. Liquidware reserves the right to modify, pause, or end the Promotion once any applicable budget or volume threshold is reached.  

7. Reward Fulfillment  Rewards will be delivered via email, to the email address provided by each recipient (the Qualified Contact's, as associated with the scheduled meeting, and the Connector's, as entered on the webform), within fourteen (14) business days of the completed meeting.  Liquidware is not responsible for Rewards that are delayed, misdirected, or not received due to an incorrect or outdated email address, including an incorrectly transcribed Connector email address.  Rewards are not redeemable for cash, cannot be sold, and cannot be exchanged, substituted, or transferred to another person.  

8. Third-Party Reward Provider  Amazon.com is not a sponsor of this Promotion. Except as required by law, Amazon.com Gift Cards (“GCs”) cannot be transferred for value or redeemed for cash. GCs may be used only for purchases of eligible goods at Amazon.com or certain of its affiliated websites. For complete terms and conditions, see amazon.com/gc-legal. Liquidware is not responsible for, and makes no warranty regarding, the acts or omissions of Amazon.com or ACI Gift Cards, Inc., or any issue relating to the gift card's redemption, value, availability, or expiration.  

9. Taxes  Rewards may constitute taxable income to the recipient under applicable law. Recipients are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local tax liability.  

10. Right to Modify, Suspend, Disqualify, or Cancel  Liquidware reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion.  Liquidware may disqualify any participant, meeting, referral, or organization it believes, in its sole discretion, has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, duplicative, or bad-faith conduct, including but not limited to fabricated Connector information, self-referral, or coordinated attempts to generate multiple Rewards from the same organization.  

11. Privacy  Information collected in connection with this Promotion, including names and email addresses of Connectors and Qualified Contacts, will be used by Liquidware to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, fulfill Rewards, and for other business purposes consistent with Liquidware's Privacy Policy.  

12. Release and Limitation of Liability  By participating as a Connector or Qualified Contact under this Promotion, participants release and agree to hold harmless Liquidware and its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all liability, claims, or actions arising from participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of a Reward.  Liquidware's total liability arising out of this Promotion to any one individual will not exceed the value of that individual's Reward.  

13. General  These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.  Void where prohibited or restricted by law.  Questions may be directed to marketing@liquidware.com.  

14. No Platform Affiliation  If this Promotion is advertised or promoted on any third-party social media or advertising platform, that platform is not a sponsor of, and has no affiliation with, this Promotion.
