East Coast Health Plan Coalition Consortium uses Liquidware Stratusphere UX for Desktop Monitoring and Diagnostics
This organization's mission is to position BCBS as the preferred choice for national accounts. As a result of incorporating Stratusphere UX into its desktop environment, the organization is now able to:
- Track application processes across all desktop platforms (including physical devices, VDI, RDSH, and DaaS, etc.)
- Capture critical data about other components of the desktop environment (AD Group Policy, protocols, network, storage, graphics, etc.)
- Access metrics regarding overall desktop health
